Joan PatriciaCLEMENSIt is with great sadness we announce that Joan passed away peacefully at Liversage Court Residential home on the 16th August 2026, aged 91 years.
Loving wife to the late Ron. Much loved mum to Glenn and Dean and step mum to Phil and John. Greatly loved nanar to Brett, Scott, Yasmin, Michaela, Sean and David.
She will be dearly missed by all her family and friends.
A service to celebrate Joan's life will be held on Friday 18th September at 2.30pm at Markeaton Crematorium (Main chapel).
Flowers welcome or donations in Joan's memory will be gratefully received by Alzheimer's Research.
